Private Equity Marketeer Code of Conduct

This Code of Conduct applies to your participation and involvement in any community operated by Private Equity Marketeer (the "Company") or other use of the Company’s Services that involves other Members or participants, including without limitation your participation in any Event or any of your Member Contributions. This Code of Conduct applies whether you are a Member or other user of the Services or any part thereof.
All capitalized terms not defined in this Code of Conduct shall have the meanings set forth for such terms in the Company’s Terms of Service.
Your Participation in our Slack Community, Events, Interactive Features, and Other Company-Related Activities
Private Equity Marketeer is committed to creating a healthy, exciting, respectful, and supportive community and environment for all Members and other participants in any Company-related activities, including at or through any Event or on the Platform.
To help foster this community, Members and other participants are asked to adhere to the following guidelines when attending or participating in any Event, using the Platform, or engaging in communications with other Members or users in the context of Company-related activities:
Participate Actively and Thoughtfully: Contribute authentically and actively to Events and other Company-related activities. Your engagement helps maintain the vibrancy and value of the Private Equity Marketeer community.
Help Your Fellow Members: Be responsive and supportive to fellow Members when possible. For instance, if another Member looking to connect, aim to respond promptly and offer reasonable assistance if your schedule allows.
Be Considerate and Respectful: Exercise consideration and respect in all interactions.
No Demeaning, Discriminatory, or Harassing Speech or Actions: Refrain from behavior or speech that is harmful, discriminatory, or harassing, including but not limited to:
Verbal or written comments related to gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, or disability.
Inappropriate use of nudity, sexual images, or violent depictions.
Intimidation, stalking, harassment, or unwelcome physical contact.
Disruption of Events or other Company-related activities.
Privacy and Confidentiality: Many interactions within Private Equity Marketeer are private and confidential. Members must:
Keep information learned about others private and share it only within appropriate contexts.
Avoid using this information for purposes outside of community engagement unless explicitly permitted by the concerned Member.
Maintain confidentiality for small group or one-on-one discussions unless express consent for wider sharing is granted.
Safety and Mindfulness: Be mindful of your surroundings and the well-being of others. Report any concerning behavior, dangerous situations, or individuals in distress to Company management or Event organizers.
Legal Compliance: Ensure all Member Contributions comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Your Contributions as a Member
Member Contributions must not:
Include defamatory, obscene, or offensive material.
Promote violence, discrimination, or illegal activities.
Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
Violate privacy or create legal liabilities.
Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations.
Include unauthorized commercial promotions.
Consequences of Violating the Code of Conduct
Violations of this Code of Conduct will not be tolerated. Private Equity Marketeer reserves the right to take appropriate actions, including:
Asking violators to cease the offending behavior.
Ejecting individuals from Events or temporarily suspending or permanently terminating Memberships or access to Services.
Withholding refunds of any Membership Fees or charges in such cases.
If You Witness or Are Subject to Unacceptable Behavior
If you witness or experience a violation of this Code of Conduct, please notify Private Equity Marketeer at info@privateequitymarketeer.com.
Addressing Grievances
If you believe you have been falsely or unfairly accused of violating this Code of Conduct, contact the Company at info@privateequitymarketeer.com with a concise description of your grievance. The Company will address grievances in accordance with existing policies.
